While we can't guarantee special delivery times, we’ll review your request and let you know if accommodations are possible based on staffing and availability. Lost or Damaged Beach Equipment (such as chairs, coolers, or carts): $100 fee per item. All rental equipment is carefully inspected before and after each rental to ensure quality and safety. By renting with us, you agree to these terms to help ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.

Final beach equipment pricing will be posted soon! Additionally, we offer special discounts for monthly fan rentals. All rentals include convenient delivery directly to your hotel, vacation rental, or front desk. If you need a different pick-up arrangement, just contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll work with you to coordinate. This hassle-free system ensures a smooth rental experience—no appointments, no waiting around, just comfort and convenience delivered.

For individual hotels, we currently serve only the Florida and Colorado markets.
